一、用地优惠
1、工业园区内“五通一平”的工业用地以最低价格提供投资者办厂。
2、企业用地期限按国家规定最长为50年，满50年后，如果企业继续生产经营的，可继续申请优惠用地，最长可延期20年。
3、企业用地生产经营在20年以内停办或搬迁的，在5年内出租厂房给其他经营者继续生产经营的，租金由原来企业主收取。
4、投资者用地办厂原则上只限于自办自用，如确实有剩余厂房而且为了配套本企业的，也可以出租给其他经营者，租金由原来投资者收取。
二、税费优惠
1、税：按照国家、省对外商投资税收优惠相关政策执行。
2、水：在工业园区内新办的企业，免收自来水管网费、增容开户费（即自来水接驳到企业门口不收费，厂内的管道自己负责）。工业用水每立方米1.6元。
3、电：免收供电增容费。电价：大工业用电（315KVA以上）按变压器每月每千伏安收18元，再按电度收取：高峰0.9968元/度；平段：0.6386元/度；低谷：0.3298/度；普通工业专变用电：高峰1.1706元/度；平段：0.7486元/度；低谷：0.3848元/度。
我镇龙山、凤山两大工业园区属直供电范围，待批准后，可享受直供电优惠。
4、厂房报建费：综合报建费12.83元。
5、劳务费和暂住费：由台山市外来务工人员缴交：劳务费每人每月9元；暂住费每人每年35元。
6、治安费、卫生费：500人以内的工厂企业每月治安费200元、卫生费300元；500人到1000人的工厂企业每月收治安费300元、卫生费500元；1000人以上的工厂企业每月治安费500元、卫生费1000元。
三、相关服务
工业园区内新办企业，从立项、审批、规划、建设、验收到投产，需办相关手续，企业只需提供资料，交由镇招商办公室“一窗式”受理，实行“一条龙”优质服务。
A、Preferences for Land Use
a、The price for requisitioned land that is “five-ready-and-leveling”（refers to easily accessible water and power supply，telecommunications，sewage system，and roads and land leveling has been completed）shall be the lowest for investors.
b、And that is used to establish industrial projects with foreign or domestic capital can be rented out for as long as 50 years. After that，those preferences can be extended for not more than 20 years if the enterprises keep on running and apply for.
c、If an enterprise stops or moves within 20 years after renting a land，but rents the land to other（s）to run business within 5 years after its stop or move，the rent goes to the party who rent the land to other（s）.
d、In principle，the land can use by the lessee only. However，if there are some factory buildings left，the lessee can rent them to other（s）to run business that can assist the lessee's enterprise. The rent goes to the party who rent the factory buildings to other（s）.
B、Fee Preferences
a、Tax：Foreign investment enterprises enjoy tax preferences offered by the state or province.
b、Fees of water supply：As for newly-establish enterprise，the fee for the equipment of main water-supply outside the enterprise pipe is free. The price of industrial-used water is 1.6 yuan/m3
c、Fees of electricity power：Free for capacity-added fee. And the price are： as for large-scale industry （that is over 315 KVA），the price is 18 yuan/KVA for each transformer every month plus 0.9968 yuan/KWH（busy time）or 0.6386 yuan/KWH（normal time）or 0.3298 yuan/KWH（free time）; ·as for common industry，the price is 1.1706 yuan/KWH （busy time）or 0.7486 yuan/KWH （normal time）or 0.3848 yuan/KWH （free time）.
Belonging to the directly electricity power supply area，LongShan and FengShan Industrial Zones will share more preference electric power price if the negotiation success.
（a）Project Application Fee：the comprehensive application fee is 12.83 yuan.
d、Service Charge and Temporarily Stay License Fee：the fees go to the workers who are not residents of Taishan city and they need to pay 9 yuan/month for the Service Charge and 35 yuan/year for the Temporarily Stay License Fee.
e、Security Fee and Garbage Disposal Fee：
As for the enterprise less than 500 workers，the Security Fee is 200 yuan/month and the Garbage Disposal Fee is 300 yuan/month; for the enterprise between 500 to 1000 workers，the Security Fee is 300 yuan/month and the Garbage Disposal Fee is 500 yuan/month；for the enterprise over 1000 workers，the Security Fee is 500 yuan/month and the Garbage Disposal Fee is 1000 yuan/month.
c、Services
As for newly-establish enterprise，the Investment Office of DuanFen town offers “one window” and “one station” services handling all kinds of relative applications.
